Everything buyers ask us before ordering — MOQ, pricing, specifications, lead times, shipping and compliance. Can't find your answer? Message us and we will reply within 24 hours.
One 20ft container for standard door models — roughly 150–200 leaves depending on size and configuration. Different models and sizes can be combined in one container. For OEM/ODM programmes we can discuss trial orders.
Yes. Mixing doors, wall panels and cabinetry in one container usually improves the freight economics, and it is one of the reasons clients consolidate the whole interior package with us.
Send your door schedule or drawing set with quantities and finish requirements. We confirm the specification, issue shop drawings for approval, and begin production after deposit.
We recommend ordering 2–3% spare leaves from the same production batch. A replacement door produced months later may not match the installed finish.
We quote per project rather than from a fixed list, because price depends on size, finish, core construction, hardware preparation and quantity. Send your schedule and we will return FOB pricing within 24 hours.
Payment terms are confirmed at order stage and are typically a deposit with the balance before shipment. Exact terms are stated on the quotation and proforma invoice.
FOB is our standard quotation basis, because it lets you control the forwarder and see the real freight cost. CIF can be quoted on request.
Ocean freight, insurance, destination port charges, customs clearance, duties and inland delivery. Ask your forwarder for a landed-cost estimate so you can compare suppliers properly.
48–50mm for our silent and project doors. Other thicknesses can be produced to drawing.
Standard North American leaf sizes such as 30in, 32in and 36in × 80in, plus metric equivalents and fully custom sizes to your drawing.
Solid wood composite with a log-based silent core for stability and acoustic performance. Pure solid wood and paint-free constructions are also available.
Yes — lock holes and hinge positions are CNC-machined to your hardware schedule, which reduces on-site fitting time.
We work from a physical colour sample or a colour reference you provide. All doors for a project are locked to one paint code with a retained colour record.
Typically 25–35 days after deposit and drawing approval, plus ocean transit. Project schedules should allow for this before setting an installation date.
Free sample boxes ship within 5–7 business days.
A 20ft container typically carries around 150–200 door leaves depending on size and packing. A 40ft high-cube roughly doubles that.
Yes. For developments handed over in stages we can ship in phases, which also avoids storage problems on site.
Dimensions and squareness, surface finish, jamb and sealing components, and hardware preparation positions are checked before packing. Project orders are labelled room by room.
CARB Phase 2, EPA TSCA Title VI, FSC and CE documentation can be provided on request depending on the board, finish and market. Confirm your requirement at quotation stage — see our Certifications page.
Fire-rated assemblies are available for corridors and public areas. Standards differ by market, so share your specification and we will confirm what documentation applies.
Doors are packed for ocean freight with protection on all edges. Document any damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it — we will work with you and the forwarder on a resolution.
